The items will be delivered chilled or with the option to steam.
Storage guidelines:
- In chiller – Maximum of 5 days
- In freezer – Maximum of 2 weeks
Reheating instructions:
- If stored in chiller – Steam for 30 minutes
- If stored in freezer – Place in chiller one day in advance and thereafter steam for 30 minutes
